If a technical issue on our part prevents your ad from being properly displayed, we may offer a credit or re-run of your campaign at our discretion.
If we offer paid features or subscriptions in the future:
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including partial months of service or unused time.
Users are responsible for canceling any subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account.
